I am working as a HR in a small organisation. Everyone are given with more responsibility in this organisation. Now i want to know the exact designation for the persons who is technically expert and also do with the business development. So a combination of Business development and Technical designation would be better. Kindly suggest me..

Can you pl confirm/clarify the following aspects:
1] What's this person's seniority--is he in the middle or senior management level?
2] Also, when you mention 'technically expert', are you referring to his knowledge levels OR is he involved in any purely technical role/function, in addition to the business development role?
