Seeking Advice: Is a Correspondence MBA Worth It for Career Growth in HR?

My name is Sarah, and I work as an HR Executive in a BPO firm. I have completed PGDHRM through Mysore University after my graduation. However, I now feel that it is not enough to reach the top level. Therefore, I am interested in pursuing an MBA through a reputable university. Could you please suggest a good university where I can pursue my MBA? Additionally, I would like to know if pursuing an MBA through correspondence is considered valid, or if I should opt for the traditional full-time program. Your valuable suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
