One of my friend need consultation on workers right under various labour laws. A manufacturing company working as under:
1. Over time payment on single rate.
2. Uniform & shoes not provide.
3. No bonus provide.
4. 12 and more hours working shift in a day.
5. no standing order is there.
6. Workers termination without proper reason or intimation. etc.
In the above condition a labour/ workers take what kind of action when he is currently working. Please help....
