How Can I Create a Salary Slip for My New Job When My Current Company Doesn't Provide One?

addi86
Working for a chemical company. The company is not providing any salary slips to any of the employees and is also not deducting tax. Now, I have been selected for a new MNC, but they are asking for a salary slip. I consulted with my senior, and he provided me with a company letterhead and asked me to create a salary slip. However, as I am not from HR, and my specialization is in Marketing, I am unable to create a salary slip. Can anyone help me out with this problem?

Salary Details

My total cost to the company is INR 4,50,000 per annum. On a monthly basis, I receive INR 30,000 in hand, INR 200 as T.A, and INR 1500 for mobile expenses. Additionally, INR 200 is deducted for Professional tax. No leaves are provided, and no PF is available because only 10 employees are working in the Delhi branch. Please assist me with this issue.

Thanks & Regards,
Aditya

Please do not get into the hassle of creating a salary slip as the current HR may consider it fake. Alternatively, provide your appointment letter or bank statement as proof. You can also submit Form 16.

Obtaining a Salary Certificate

Do not present fake documents. You can obtain a salary certificate from your employer, which can be supported by a bank statement, Form 16, or an income tax return. These documents can assist you in case of any discrepancies.

Regarding Provident Fund (PF)

If your basic salary is more than 6500, it falls under the exempt category.
