Struggling to Analyze Aptitude Test Results for Reducing Attrition – Any Advice?

Hi all, to understand the attrition in my organization, I conducted an aptitude test with the existing advisors who are on calls. My main aim is to recruit people who could perform and stay in the organization for a longer duration. Hence, I chose all categories of advisors – new performing, new non-performing, and so on, with varying levels of tenure. However, the results that I obtained in the scatter diagram are strange. I am unable to analyze them appropriately even after adjusting the weightage for all the categories (logical, arithmetic, abstract, language, data interpretation).

If any of you have something that I can use, please help me with it.

Thanks, Simmy. I will try to make the best use of this site. In addition to this, I'm looking for an Excel sheet where weightage is predefined for the respective parameters for the telesales advisor, and accordingly for the team leaders as well.
