Kindly share with me the procedure for KRA-based performance appraisal. Also, let me know how to evaluate the employee. It would be better if you could share any related forms with me. The PMS procedure can be 180 or 360 degrees. We want to set up a procedure. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
