Need Help Creating a Fun and Engaging Schedule for Our Employee Outing!

Hi Friends, I am going to organize a day outing/overnight stay for employees as an Annual Meet. I need to share the program schedule with all employees by this week. Please share a format of such an outing schedule as soon as possible. I am really thankful to you guys for always helping on HR issues.
