How Can I Keep My Team Engaged All Year? Seeking Ideas for Employee Programs

Dear Friends, I am looking for employee engagement programs/initiatives/projects that can be rolled out in my organization (MNC). Currently, we have an employee strength of 83, with 40 being college hires and the remaining 20-plus being experienced hires. Although there has been no attrition for the past 2 years, I would like to implement strategic employee engagement initiatives/programs that can keep them engaged throughout the year across various categories.

Please assist me with the strategic aspect of this.

You may like to kick-start the process by conducting an Employee Engagement Survey. The survey results can then be used as the roadmap to design and implement different engagement programs.
