As per "The Times of India," Sensex will hit 23,000 in 2013. Actually, it was in January 2008 when the market started scrolling down, and at one point, it hit the 8,000 mark. In 1992, it was Harshad Mehta, in 2000, Chetan Parekh, and finally in 2008, Reliance Power. Just recall these incidents for every 8 years.
