Statutory Compliances in the Hospital Sector

As per my knowledge, statutory compliances applicable in the hospital sector are:

• PF compliance
• ESIC compliance
• Gratuity
• Pollution board certificate
• All registers to be maintained under the Shops and Establishment Act, Rajasthan
• Contract labor registration (if you hire contract labor)

There may be more compliances to consider; you have to check them.
