As per my knowledge, Statutory Compliances applicable in Hospital Sector :
1.) PF compliance
2.) ESIC compliance
3.) Gratuity
5.) Pollution board certificate
5.) All register to be maintained under Shops and establishment Act, Rajasthan
6.) Contract labor registration (if you hire contract labor)
may be there are more compliances, you have to checked them.

You may also add following:
Fire system compliance
Registration for Human organ transplant act if any such transplant activity takes place in hospital.
Sales tax / VAT retuns compliance
Income tax/ TDS compliance for staff and vendors
shop & establishment act compliance
Maintenance and preservation of Medical records, consents etc etc
