Salary Structure For It Company - Xls Download

Greetings for the day..!
As an HR Executive in an IT Company, We are required to make salary structure for employees in such a format in which they have to pay minimum Tax.
Kindly guide me in this context and if possible please share salary structure for the same.

First tell whether you have enrolled with ESI & PF. What are your deductions, other benefits like food coupons etc. only based on those you shall prepare salary structure. :)

Company has only one deduction, that is Professional Tax.
They will be starting Provident Fund within next 3 months.
