Could anyone please help with how to analyze the Skill Matrix of employees in a manufacturing process industry? For example, in areas such as PRODUCTION, UTILITIES (MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, INSTRUMENTATION, QUALITY CONTROL, etc.).
