Are There Truly Learning Organizations in India? Seeking Real Examples and Insights

It would be of great help if anyone could give me examples of Learning Organizations in India. Also, is it true that no organization can be a learning organization in totality?

In my view, the aim of an organization is benefit or profit. Training and learning are just methods or processes for this aim. So, I wonder if it is truly a learning organization. If it exists, it will be like a school. :roll:

Learning Organization is one that effectively handles Knowledge Management. A few examples are Patni, Tata, Godrej & Boyce, and Siemens. They follow different methods like a knowledge portal, etc.
