Simplified EPF Form 12A for Easy Data Entry: How to Use It Without Errors

Attached please find a fully functional Form 12A for EPF. Only the cells where data entry is required are editable. The rest are uneditable to prevent accidental changes. This form is designed for A4 paper, so please adjust your paper settings to A4 if it is currently set to Letter size.

In column No. 6, the amount of admin charges due is repeated. Actually, it should be the amount of admin charges remitted.

I have to unprotect the sheets because there is a small clerical mistake. Instead of "current period," it says "currency period." Please send the password to unprotect the sheet or send it without protection.
