Editable Form 12a - Epf Attached - Xls Download

Dear Faternity,
Attached pl. find a fully functional Form 12A for EPF.
Only the cells where the data entry is required is editable. Rest all are uneditable to prevent accidental changes.
This is designed for an A4 paper. Hence change your paper settings to A-4, if it is Letter.

In column No.6 amount of admin charges due is repeated.Actually it is amount of admin charges remitted.

I have to unprotect the sheets because there is small clarical mistake instead of current period u pur currency period so send pw to unprotect the sheet or send without protech the sheets.
