PF Not Transferred Even After 1.5 Years

Hi,
I left my previous company in March 2011 and immediately joined in another company. I applied for Pf transfer and both the companies are from Bangalore. I learnt that the previous company submitted the letter to PF office for transfer only in November 2011. Since then I have been following up on the EPF website online and the Claim status it shows as "Message under formulation" . I have sent innumerous mails to the EPF office, tried reaching them on phone, all are in vain.
Can anyone tell me what is this status mean? Also, is there any better way to get the status?

All PF Offices would be conducting "ADALAT" on every month.
Find our the date of adalat and submit your grivences to the Hon'ble judge.
Sure your transfer would be completed at the earliest.

Thank you so much Mr. MRN Sarma. This Adalat would be in Bangalore I presume. I work out of Hyderabad and I have also logged a complaint in their website online. Is there any other way we can address this?
Also, my old PF number is KN/WF/35674/485 I am just not able to find out what is the new PF number for this. Hence I was not even able to track it online.
Please help.
