What's the future step to be taken if the employer is refusing to sign the withdrawal form. Kindly help

Dear friend, Since there is no confusion in signing in the Transfer application form, your present employer defenitely sign. If your present employer still strongly refuse to sign in Form 13, you can apply for withdrawal in form 19 and 10C bysending the forms to pf office straight away by 1) accepting Scheme Certificate in Form 10C (as it will be highly help you to avail pension on a later date)2) you can get attestation from any gazetted officer, manager of Bank inwhich you have account - in the place of employer's attestation.

Vijaykanth, you can apply through your new company in form No.13 seeking transfer of PF accumulations from previous company to the new company. It would be better for you if you could collect form 3a for your entire period of service in old company and keep it for your record, just in case there occurs a error in transfer in the pf deptt. there is no way you will be informed of the transfer. you will come to know only when you receive the annual statement of accounts from the deptt.
