I am working on developing an online and mobile mix platform for blue/grey collar recruitment and would like to understand what you would like to see in it as an HR personal.
The objective of portal is to a provide a central database to HR personal for recruitment with real time connect and enabling a social professional mapping of the candidate.
Please share your thoughts regarding features, experiences and suggestions

Request people to list the features that they would like to see in a recruitment portal for hiring Blue Collar and entry level workforce. What are the pain areas in hiring them? Would you be willing to recruit Blue collar and Entry Level staff from a portal?
