Need Help with Certification Documents for OHSAS-18001 and ISO-14001 – Any Advice?

Seeking Guidance on Certification Documentation

Our organization has established a new factory and we have obtained an ISO-9001 certificate. Currently, we are in the process of planning to acquire the OHSAS-18001 and ISO-14001 Certifications. Could anyone please suggest what documents need to be prepared to obtain the aforementioned certificates?
