Considering Outsourcing for IT and BPO? What Registrations Do We Need Beyond PT and Service Tax?

We are into recruitment as of now for full-time placements. Should we also register under Shops & Establishments?

Outsourcing Professionals for IT and BPO Companies

We are planning to venture into outsourcing professionals for IT and BPO companies. If we start outsourcing, what registrations should we have apart from PT and Service Tax registrations?

Registration with shops and commercial establishments is mandatory for recruitment services. If you are planning to outsource for IT & BPO, you should register with ESI as well as PF too. I feel that you should also register with the Contract Manpower Act.
