ISTD INTERNSHIP [Thread 431955]

HI,
I WANT TO DO ISTD DIPLOMA IN T&D. BUT THE COURSE NEEDS INTERNSHIP. HOW ITS POSSIBLE IF I AM DOING FULL TIME JOB?
I AM MBA HR DOING SAP HR AND HR GENERALIST IN A REAL ESTATE COMPANY. FOR MY GROWTH OF CAREER I NEED TO DO ISTD DIPLOMA COURSE.
PLEASE HELP ME AND SUGGEST ME.
