What is wrong in educational gap? Yeah if there is larger gaps without any reason then its okay but what is wrong if someone prefers to pursue post graduation after sometimes of graduation or what is wrong is someone wants to pursue graduation after having work experience. In some other countries like USA not all people pursue graduation soon after high school. Since in their culture people move out at 18 or 20, they first focus on getting job and saving money and then later decide to upgrade their qualification by going to university.
But in India some employers seems to be narrow minded when it comes to gaps in education. After all what is wrong in that?

So what is wrong in that?

Now such individuals may move out of parents house so naturally their main focus would be to get a job to earn their livelihood and then later they may decide to go for graduation and later after some work experience or few years after graduation they may decide for post graduation - so what is wrong in that?

Why some companies in India don't hire the employees with educational gaps (even though they have good work experience and are talented). And some companies mention in their job openings advertisement that "People with education gap need not apply"
