Revised Factory License Fee for Maharashtra State

Please find the revised (increased) Factory License Fee for Maharashtra State with effect from 2013. Every factory having a valid license for 2013 onward must pay the difference fee due to the increase for the 2013 and onward period before October 2012 to the department without any late fee.

A late fee is applicable at a 5% base from November 2012 onward for every month, with a maximum late fee of 25%. The late fee is applicable, i.e., for 2013 at present only if delayed beyond October 2012.

The chart shows the old rate and slab with the new rate and slab and the difference on a yearly basis for easy use.

We have a factory license for a 20 MW hydro plant for 100 laborers. We have paid a $12,000.00 license renewal fee for the period of 2012 to 2021. Could you please advise on how much I need to pay for the license renewal fee?
