Hierarchy ( R&D) Levels In Pharma.?

Dear all,
I recently joined a pharma company n now we are in the process of streamlining / revising all the employees' designation based on their experience level. I would like to know what would be the hierarchy / designation levels with respect to experience in pharma (R&D)..
