How Do Experience Levels Affect Job Titles in Pharma R&D? Seeking Insights

I recently joined a pharmaceutical company, and now we are in the process of streamlining/revising all the employees' designations based on their experience level. I would like to know what the hierarchy/designation levels would be with respect to experience in the pharmaceutical (R&D) industry.

Please explain what type of Pharma it is. Is it Bulk Drugs or Formulations? Do you require an overall organization hierarchy chart or a department hierarchy chart?
