ESIC Challan Confusion: Should I Include New Joinees in September's Contribution?

Respected seniors, kindly solve my query. Suppose on the 12th of October, I will generate the ESIC challan online for the month of September, and on the 5th of October, I took the insurance numbers of X and Y. The date of joining for X and Y is the 4th of October. Now, on the 12th of October, while generating the challan and preparing the monthly contribution sheet for September, do I need to enter the details of X and Y or not?

If X and Y have joined in October on any date (could be 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5), then you do not need to enter the monthly contribution of those employees in September's contribution.
