New to PF Settlement? Need Help with Procedure, Format, and Required Documents?

I have newly joined a company in the PF department, and they have assigned me the job of PF settlement for which I have not received any training. Kindly, could you help me understand the procedure, format, and documents required for PF settlement, along with any relevant examples?
