Please find attached herewith a sample of legal compliance monitoring. You can further edit it to suit your requirements. Kindly refer to all Tamilnadu Factories rules and incorporate them in a similar format that can be prepared monthly.

As per the Factories Act, we are conducting the testing of lifting tackles, pressure vessels, acid tanks, and cranes through an authorized person. Since last year, the Factories Department has changed the rules, making it compulsory to test acid tanks and pressure vessels every 6 months, while the requirement for cranes remains the same, i.e., once a year. At GVK Power Plant, Jegurupadu, we are approaching Sigma Calibration Services in Hyderabad to conduct these tests.
