Transitioning from Academia to Corporate: How Can I Achieve My Financial Analyst Dream?

prof.aniruddha
Currently, I am working as an Assistant Professor in Finance. I have completed my PGDM in Finance, NCFM Certification at a beginner level, and I am pursuing the CFA designation as well. In addition to my current role, I have also gained experience working in a transport company for 4 years, and after my PGDM, I worked at HDFC Bank as a Personal Banker. However, my ultimate goal is to become a Financial Analyst. I have almost 5 years of experience in my present job.

I am now considering transitioning to a corporate role. Could you please provide me with some advice on how to proceed?

Thank you.

Why Consider a Corporate Role?

Why not? You have good qualifications and experience and possess learning skills. Why do you feel you cannot join the corporate sector?
