Please provide the composition of a hydrogen gas cylinder, i.e., the quantity of H2, and what are the minimum quantities of cylinders required to obtain a license from the authorities.
Please refer to Gas Cylinder rules. The quantity of cylinders beyond which you require licenses is given for different types of gases such as highly flammable, toxic, highly toxic, inert, etc.
A license is required for storing more than five cylinders as per the Gas Cylinder Rules 2004. No license is required for storing fewer than five cylinders.
