I am currently having one-on-one discussions with all my employees, and I would like to document the discussions held so far in a format like Excel. After that, I could generate a presentation on the status, such as satisfaction levels, training needs, feedback about the workplace, feedback about management, and feedback for HR improvement. I am requesting if you have any templates for me to begin with so that I can document as much as possible for the future benefit of the entire organization.
