ISTD Assignment Structure, Support Options, and Exam Guidance Discussion

Dear Seniors,

This is Ram from Faridabad (HR). I have taken admission in the 57th Batch in July 2007 in ISTD. With reference to citehr/mail, I just want to know, in December, I have to give exams for five papers. Every paper has two response sheets, each with four questions. I have to attempt two questions on each side.

Questions:
- Paper 1: Two response sheets on side 1 and side 2
- Paper 2
- Paper 3
- Paper 4
- Paper 5

Which side should I attempt? How many words/sheet do I need to fill/attempt?

Please help me as soon as possible. If any seniors or those pursuing the 57th batch are from Faridabad (HR), please contact me for guidance or provide your address so that I can reach out.

Hi Ram,

I have been a student of ISTD, and this is how you need to attempt the assignments. For each topic, there are two assignments. For each assignment, two questions need to be answered. You should identify the questions that you intend to answer in the section, write the question followed by the answer on a sheet of paper. Ensure that after finishing the question, you move on to the next page for the other question.

It will also be better if you could type/computer print the assignments as it eliminates the bias the evaluator may have towards the handwriting! The number of words or sheets depends on you. You may want to answer in a summarized format or in the explanation format. As long as the answers are correct, you will get your marks, rest assured.

Yes, what Mr. Pankaj has said is right. I have also been a student of ISTD. I would like to add one thing: when you write an answer, it would be better if you write to the point with a conclusion. Use other resources apart from the material provided by ISTD. They have given a word limit, but do not bother about it. You just need to justify your answer.

Try to secure good marks in response sheets, as these marks are directly counted in the final result. You can always get back to us for any queries.

Hi, This is Sunanda. Both response sheets must be answered. This means response sheet (a) has 2 questions to be answered, and response sheet (b) has 2 questions to be answered. Each of the 4 questions carries 10 marks, and one A4 size page is sufficient for one answer.

I have enrolled for the ISTD diploma but am finding it difficult to attend their Sunday classes. Is there any other way to get support on this?
