Hi, don't be scared. You don't need to start all the assignments at the same time. It's a process. Imagine setting up a new home. You first need to have basic data on employees, create relevant policies, and eventually prioritize and take baby steps to ensure that you do not burden yourself and the staff. Staff will have a lot of expectations. Start one-on-one interactions, group talks, and do some activities to communicate your role to all, as you may face some initial resistance. So, acceptability will be your number one goal. If they accept you as a facilitator, your assignments will be a smooth ride.
You see, I have been doing that for the last three companies, and it's getting challenging and exciting every time. I bet you have the best role to perform. All the best.
