LWF & PT are not applicable in Silvassa, hence you need not register under the same.

If your factory is in Silvassa or Daman (not Daman - Daman is a separate Union Territory), PF is applicable. ESIC - Although applicable, since we do not have an ESIC hospital, the UT has not implemented the scheme. So, as of now, ESIC is not applicable. No professional tax/No Labour Welfare Fund.
