Latest Trends In IT Recruitment

Can you please assist me in finding out the latest treands in IT recruitment. And can anybody tell me how to improve the effectiveness in Contract Staffing.

Hiring in IT is Hectic. Saturday are the interview rush for the most companies. Candidates gets 3-4 schedules on the same day, Collect maximum number of offers and takes the best one, not always the lucrative one.
Contract staffing in IT is not that very popular as the cost is higher than that of permanent staffing. Contract staffing is more suits Non IT mostly for blue collar jobs.
