Choosing Between a Startup and a Big Company: How Did You Decide Your First Job?

Anshu.bhatia
I am a recent MBA graduate looking for good opportunities to start my career. However, I want to know: should one go for a well-established company where the opportunities to learn something new are limited, or should one opt for a startup to kickstart their professional life? Does it affect the resume or create hindrances when switching jobs? Please let me know through your valuable inputs.

This is a common dilemma to be aware of when stepping into a new career. Whether you start in a new company or a well-established organization, there may be slight changes in learning, and you ought to adapt to them. Impediments to work arise only when one cannot engage with the established processes. It is important to ensure that "what you learn should be executed."
