Need Help Creating HR Policies for an IT Company – Can You Share Your Examples?

Can anyone share a sample of the HR policies that they are currently using in their organization? I have been asked to prepare HR policies for an IT company. Please help me, friends.

I am attaching one of the sample HR Manuals which I downloaded a long time back from CiteHR. I hope it would be of use to you.

Make use of the "Quick Search" tab in the top left-hand corner if you have any queries. Please note to use the keywords only. For example, typing "Attrition" in the "Quick Search" will give results about the threads wherein Attrition was discussed.
