Struggling to Implement a Simple Appraisal System in a Small Firm? Seeking Advice from HR Pros

Hello friends, I'm Drishti. I work in a sole proprietary firm as Sr. HR, and I have just joined here. I have only 1.5 years of experience. I need suggestions from experienced HR professionals on how I can implement a performance appraisal system here. I was planning to use the 360-degree technique, which I studied in my MBA. However, I think it is practically very tough to implement in a firm where the owner has direct contact with almost every employee, the attrition rate is high, and there is a hierarchy in policies, but in reality, it's a flat management structure.

Seeking a Simple Appraisal Technique

I want a simple technique that can be implemented here and understood by both employees and owners. Most importantly, I want to start this system for the staff first, who are around 60.

Usually, the manufacturing sector does not prefer the 360-degree performance system. Kindly let me know the parameters you are considering.
