Preparing for My Interview: Can You Share Your Best Internal Customer Service Story?

Hi Friends, I am a new member of Cite HR. I have an interview in a few days. Please tell me what could be the best example, or you can share your experience on Internal Customer Service where you have taken an initiative to solve a complex query from your colleague. It can be related to any department of HR like Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Training & Development, etc. Thanks in advance for sharing your experience.

Dear Rajiv, do you have any work experience, or are you a fresher? If you are a fresher, they will not ask you such a question. If you have some experience, then kindly tell us what your response to such a question would be.

Thanks for your response. I have four years of experience working in India in an HR generalist profile. Now, I have migrated to Australia. In my last interview here, the interviewer asked me this question, but in the feedback, I got to know that they expect a response involving a complex situation. From your experience, I can prepare my answer to such a question. Kindly share your experience if you have faced any query where you took the initiative and provided a solution to the employee as an HR.
