Struggling with Tally? How Do You Create a Purchase Order for Job Searches?

Hi dear members of HR-CITE, can anyone tell me how to prepare a purchase order in Tally? I know how to create or prepare a purchase order in MS-Word or Excel, but I don't know how to make a purchase order in Tally. This is very important for me to search for a job. Please help.

Creating a Purchase Order in Tally ERP 9

To create a purchase order in Tally ERP 9, follow these steps:

1. Go to F11 Features and activate "Purchase order processing."
2. Navigate to Gateway of Tally > Order Vouchers.
3. Go to Gateway of Tally > Inventory Vouchers > Ctrl+F2 to access the PO Voucher.
4. Enter the supplier name, item, quantity, etc., and save.
