I am an MBA HR fresher who graduated this year. I have received a job opportunity as an Assistant Admin Manager, but the salary offered is very low. Should I accept the job? Will I be able to secure better job opportunities in the future? I am feeling quite confused. Please guide me.

In which sort of company have you got the job? What do you mean by "salary is very less"? As a fresher, what salary and position are you expecting? What have you studied prior to doing an MBA? Are you prepared to go anywhere or tied to finding a job in Surat only? As a fresh MBA graduate, companies are offering salaries starting from 1.8 L onwards. Initially, don't give too much weight to the Cost to Company (CTC) figure. As a fresh MBA candidate, you have to accept the initial offer of appointment irrespective of the salary package, as it will provide you with the requisite experience, skills, and employable potential in the future. At this moment, you should not ask for a high salary. You have to gain practical experience in any firm regarding HR solutions and then try for a better job after completing a minimum of 5 years in a firm. This will be enough for you to succeed in the future with a high salary package.
