Dear AVS Sir,
I am sure this picture can make even the dumbest of the dumb to understand the real
meaning of the word 'resource'.
When i saw this, i recollected the case of a retired, very bright Blue Collar employee in my earlier organization (a Paper Mill). We had a herculean task in coupling a huge, high capacity motor with an equally huge, high capacity pump, by means of a coupling. The alignment was a big challenge and the index of true alignment was absence of any noise when both the motor and pump starts rotating. After repeated failures to ge this job done by so called 'young' and 'bright' newly recruited engineers, who always looked scornfully at un-educated but highly experienced blue collar technicians, the top management used to send car to that blue coollar, retired technician to come back to the factory to do this assembly. This technician even after retirement, had an amazing knack of putting a white paper below the coupling, and judge by his eye sight the correctness of the alignment and could finish this job perfectly within minutes !!! This i think can be cited as another example of creating a resource with ones own knowledge and dedication.
Thank you once again for giving such a nice picture carrying a profound message.
Have a good day Sir !
Best regards
Nagaraj
