Seeking Help: What Modules Should I Teach for Communication and Personality Development?

Can anyone send me the modules to be taught to the management students about Communication and Personality Development? It is about 96 sessions (48 on communication and 48 on personality development), with each session lasting for 45 minutes. Text and PPT presentations would be fantastic.

I agree with Jacob. Even if you get material from here or Google, you will still have to understand it, put it all together, and be able to present it to the students. You will find a lot of helpful people on this site (which is good). If you require further info, please post your email id here so that people can send it to you directly.
