PF Transfer Rejection

Dear all,
I moved from one organization to other recently. I applied for transfer by filling in Form 13 (revised). I got a message stating
" Form 50 (transfer in) Claim ID: xxxxx rejected. Rejection letter is under dispatch"
If anyone can elaborate on this please so that I can check with the status.

Dear Mr. Abhishek Kulkarni,
Many reasons for the rejection of PF transfers and PF claims. Please check if you have filled your PF form correctly. Did your employer submit the Form 3A for your transfer..? pls. recheck on the same. Try to resubmit the application and wait or the best way to best way to be acquainted with is to go to the nearest PF authority to discern the status.

Thank you for replying. I had one doubt as to whether 3A has to be submitted along with form 13 ? 'coz as far as my knowledge is that only withdrawal claim needs 3A. Please can you help me on this.

Dear All,
My PF transfer status shows Rejected with the reason mentioned as "Claim has been rejected due to transfer claim cheque has been received and sent to cash for credit confirmation on process".
I am unable to comprehend the reason for rejection. All the documents were submitted to the PF office along with cheque issued by my previous employer. My previous employer has a PF Trust (exempted).
