Stuck with PF in Ludhiana? How to Withdraw When You're Self-Employed

Andymg
My PF account is in Ludhiana. I left the company 18 months ago and have applied for PF withdrawal now. My company has informed me that the Ludhiana RPFC is currently not accepting PF withdrawals and has suggested transferring the PF to a new company. However, I am currently not employed and have my own business. In this situation, how can I withdraw the PF? Please advise.

Thanks,
Andy

Try to submit the self-declaration letter stating that "I am not working anywhere" to the RPFC, routed through your previous employer.

Download Form 19 for PF Withdrawal

Please download Form 19 for withdrawing PF: http://www.downloadformsindia.com/in...i#.UFWMVaDxz-w

Fill this form and submit it with a letter stating that the employer is not cooperating and verifying. The PF department will handle the rest, and you should receive your withdrawal within a month.
