Starting an Online Job Portal: How Do I Register for Service Tax?

I have a plan to create an online job portal where job seekers can upload their resumes, and recruiters can post their jobs, providing all recruitment-related requirements. Now, I want to know on what basis I need to register this concern for service tax payment. Please provide your explanation.
