I am looking for our company's Sr. Manager - HR (A No.1 Retail Broking Company).

Role: Regional HR for West region

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience, should also have experience in team handling.

Location: Andheri E (Mumbai) (Only Mumbai-based candidates need to apply)

Job Description:

• Responsible for handling the entire West (MAH & Mumbai) region, which includes 1100 employees and 40 branches.

• Developing new and innovative strategies for mass hiring and guiding the team for the same.

• Initiating Employee Benefit Programs & Wellness activities across all the branches.

• Willing to travel to branch offices when required, especially for recruitment drives.

• Conducting induction and orientation programs for new hires.

• Handling Vendor Management.

• Coordination with HODs in terms of recruitment and other issues.

• Handling HR Statutory Compliance like PF/ESIC/P Tax/Shop & Establishment, etc.

• Handling employee grievances.

• Preparing weekly recruitment trackers.

• Identifying training needs.

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills.

• Must have experience in handling a team.

• Preferred from Broking or Financial domain; candidates from other industries with relevant experience in team handling and mass hiring may also apply.
