Role:Regional HR for West region
Exp: Min 5+ years experience, also should have experience of Team Handling.

Job description:
Responsible for handling the entire West (MAH & Mumbai) region which include 1100 employees and 40 branches.
Developing new and innovative strategies for mass hiring and guiding the team for the same.
Initiating Employee Benefit Programs & Wellness activities across all the branches.
Willing to Travel to branch offices, when required specially for Recruitment drives.
Conducting induction and orientation program for new hires.
Handling Vendor Management.
Coordination with HODs in terms of recruitment and other issues.
Handling HR Statutory Compliance like - PF/ESIC/P Tax/Shop & Establishment Etc.
Handling employee Grievances.
Preparing weekly Recruitment Trackers.
Identifying Training Needs.
Skills required:
Good in communication skills.
Should have experience of handling a team - MUST.
Preferred from Broking or Financial domain, candidates from other industry, with relevant experience in team handling and mass hiring may also apply.
