I apologize for the delay in attaching this file. I received a lot of emails but was unable to reply to them as the file size was too large to send over email. I have now split the file, converted it to a PowerPoint presentation, and removed most of the unnecessary data, reducing the size. The presentation also covers some other pollution-related matters. I am attaching it for the benefit of all.
