Is My Food Industry Job in Uttarakhand Covered by PF & ESI? Seeking Clarity on Employee Benefits

Hi, I recently joined the food industry in Uttarakhand. In this industry, there are 19 employees on Form 12, and 10 employees have a salary above 10,000. I want to know if this industry should be covered under the PF & ESI Act or not. Additionally, there is a requirement to fill Form-11 for those employees whose salary is above 6,500.
