Benefits During Notice Period

Dear Sir/ma'am,
I'm working for a National English daily in IT department, and i'll be serving a 2 months notice period from next week here. Just like 6th pay commission for central govt employees , we have Majithia Wage Board for newspaper employees for revising wages of all newspaper employees every 10-12 years but his time it has been pending for 2-3 years.
So I have two questions :
1. If any such wage revision comes into force and arrears for the past 2 years are being paid will I be eligible for such arrears payment.
2. The company gives bonus and incentive on Diwali every year and for this they have a condition that "it will be paid to only those employees who are on payroll on the date of disbursement." So as I will be on notice period during that time will I be considered for this also.
Sir/Ma'am It will be a great help if you please reply my queries.

1) Though this is premature to speak about your eligibility for such wage arrears sinc eyou are not aware now as to the terms of teh Award of teh Wage Board, but going by the general principles of wage revision with retrospective effect, you should be eligible for the wage arrears and also gfor consequential benefits like gartuity on account of such revison
2) Though you are on the notice period, your name will be born on the pay rolls of the company till the expiry of the notice period and thus if in this process, you are on the pay roll of the comapny at the ime of disbursement of bonus, you shall be eligibel for it.
