Circular For Tea Coffee Timings

Dear seniors,
I am working with one the IT company in Admin deptt, can some give the sample circular format stating that "the tea coffee will serve the respective employees desk on such & such timing only, if any one needed tea coffee after or before the timing he/ she can go in pantry & take his own with the help of pantry boy.

Dear All,
We would like to announce that we are starting the distribution of tea/coffee at no extra cost. This intiative is under the staff welfare drive. Where we will distribute tea/coffee to all our staff member. We will serve the same at our respective desk only, there is not need to go and sipping anywhere in the office. Timings for distribution are as under. _______________________ morning & ______________________ evening. In such unavoidable circumstances anyone needs the same than he/she has to go to pantry themselves.
All are requested to join the drive and enjoy sipping tea/coffee.
