Regarding the contract, Kusuma, you are providing the following to the contractor:
• Utensils and other items on a loan/returnable basis.
• 36 Gas cylinders
• 85% of the amount of the sale of coupons.
• Full-fledged wages for 13 workers.
• Additional Rs 58,000.
• Service tax/VAT plus Rs 2,247.
Have you calculated the economy? Isn't it better to employ a supervisor and run the canteen yourself?
